HUDSON VALLEY SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA

André Raphel, Principal Conductor and Artistic Advisor

90 years of commitment to Community, Education, and Inspiring Performances

Update

Dear HVSO Supporters, Sponsors, and Friends,

Thank you for your continued support and presence this season. We couldn’t have done it without each of you.

We have decided to postpone our upcoming concert, American Resonance: A Celebration of American Music, until the fall. Our all-volunteer staff and board will use the coming months to make adjustments and implement new strategies to strengthen our organization. We are committed more than ever to our mission of presenting inspiring and meaningful concerts to our community.

As a "90-year-old startup", we need to balance our desire to present exciting events with the challenge of building our funding base and the team members needed to carry that mission forward. We have expanded our Board of Directors and team of advisors. Your feedback and support continues to help us grow and learn. We have already learned a great deal from the challenges and triumphs of these first two seasons. Thank you!

Stay tuned for news about the new concert date and our 26-27 season. We remain committed and grateful to all of you!
